Terms of Service

Welcome to Cold Pilot ("we", "us"). By using coldpilot.aiskillhub.info (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Cold Pilot infers an Ideal Customer Profile from a product URL and drafts sample lead lists and personalized cold email and LinkedIn outreach sequences. Output is generated assistance, not a guarantee of any business result; sample leads and inferred email patterns must be independently verified before any outreach. You are responsible for the messages you send and for complying with anti-spam and data-protection laws (including the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and India's DPDP Act, 2023) in your jurisdiction and your recipients'.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or bulk unsolicited messages in violation of applicable law, or to process another person's data without a lawful basis. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the Service.

3. Plans & billing

Free and paid tiers are described on the pricing page. Paid plans bill in advance via Razorpay (INR) or card (USD). Taxes (including GST where applicable) are added at checkout. See our Refund Policy for cancellations.

4. Intellectual property

You own the emails and text you submit and the rewrites generated for you. We own the Service, its software, and its branding.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
