Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Cold Pilot collects and why. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Email drafts & context you submit — stored to generate and serve your campaign and its shareable permalink.
• Recipient context you paste or a public URL you provide. If you provide a URL we fetch only public page text; we do not bypass logins.
• Billing data — handled by our payment processor (Razorpay/Stripe). We never see or store full card details.
• Basic analytics — privacy-friendly, aggregate pageview/usage counts. No cross-site tracking.

How we use it

Only to operate the Service: produce campaigns, enforce free-tier limits, process payments, and improve quality. We do not sell your data or use your email content to train third-party models without your consent.

Sub-processors

Razorpay/Stripe (payments), and, if enabled, an LLM gateway provider for sequence generation. Content sent to the gateway is used only to fulfil your request.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act (India) and GDPR you may request access to or deletion of your data. Email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com and we will action it. You can also delete an analysis permalink on request.

Retention

Submitted drafts are retained to keep permalinks working and are deleted on request. Backups are rotated regularly.
